How often do PTSD ratings get re-evaluated if they aren’t permanent?

what the hell is that kind of doctor? I know in the New Orleans VAMC they use MSW's for counseling and have an MD Shrink push drugs on vets...is that the same thing for Diabetics? this doe

color me stupid if you want, but that is a very niche specialty for a Pharmacist and to have someone on staff (or retainer) who only gives drugs to people with Diabetes is just such an odd sounding ex
