  • Trouble Remembering? This helped me.

I have memory problems and as some of you may know I highly recommend Evernote and have for years. Though I've found that writing helps me remember more. I ran across Tom's videos on youtube, I'm a bit geeky and I also use an IPad so if you take notes on your IPad or you are thinking of going paperless check it out. I'm really happy with it, I use it with a program called Noteshelf 2.

LOL...it's okay. I had liposuction about a decade ago...it latest about 18 months before it started to come back. Now I have a ton of excuses as to why I put the weight back on, but they are only excuses.

liposuction

i understand that can be a bit painful for some people.

One of the reasons I like the idea of both coolscupting and laserlipo is that the procedures are non-intrusive and "explode" the fat and then your body processes them as waste.

I get it that if you are 5 foot 4 tall and 5 foot around they are not likely to have a great deal of impact the first time out. But again the OP is in a chair and has little opportunity to do they types of exercise that will burn fat. You know this, the extra weight makes things harder and of course there is the mental and motivational aspects of the weight.

Man, this is like "all you ever wanted to know and then some" about prostate disease. I sure hope I don't need it from a personal point of view, but actually, you can't get this kind of detailed info anyplace else. It is educating a lot of guys that just didn't have a place to go to get it. Thanks to everyone who has been candid enough to share.
