VA.gov on Appeals

Question

I am one of those who checks VA.gov on a regular basis. I was looking at an appeal I have with the BVA. Here is what the first screen shows:

 The second screen shows:

I have not received any BBE or the like, but does this mean they approved my appeal? I know these systems have been known to be wrong but I was wondering.

The Roanoke RO called me last Friday and placed my hearing proposal for reduction on my back and femoral nerve issues in both legs on hold until after the VA decides my percentages for SA and hypertension. I asked why and never did get an answer as to why. Is it to make sure they don't lower me below 100% (I will be 100% once it is officially rated) or is it something else? It makes me wonder what difference does it make what the BVA decision is rated at, these are two different issues. The person I spoke with told me he will check weekly to see where the VA is at on the rating.

Seems strange to me is all, but I will assume the VA has my best interest at hand (after all we must trust...lol)

sorry I seemed to have missed that post... When did they propose reduction and why?
