Reading how the VA calculates your disability percentage (https://www.benefits.va.gov/compensation/rates-index.asp) it is my understanding that they do not use a calculator which will result in xx.xx%, they use the Combined Ratings Table.

"If VA finds that a Veteran has multiple disabilities, VA uses the Combined Ratings Table below to calculate a combined disability rating."

Any combination which results in 15, 25, 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85, 95 wil be rounded up to the next multiple of 10.  Therefor, a 95 should be rounded up to 100.

I find that the Hill and Ponton calculator (https://www.hillandponton.com/va-disability-calculator/) will give you very good results provided that you input your disabilities in the correct order, i.e., highest rated disability is put in first followed by the next highest, etc.

There a many available on line. I use this one         http://www.vvaarizona.org/combined_disability.php               We call it "VA math." Most people who are not familiar with the VA (and how they torment us) will try and combine the ratings ex 30% + 20%= 50%  NOT. It comes out as 44%. Since it is less than 45, it gets rounded down. Bummer. Its's the VA's ball and we have to play by VA rules.

Buck it is actually anything below 95% would be rounded down to 90%, that is probably what you were thinking when you were writing it but put below after the 95. I do that all the time...:)

I use the calculator at https://www.microhealthllc.com/veterans-central/bilateral-va-disability-rating-compensation-calculator/ to calculate my VA rating. It takes into bi-lateral ratings plus i does not matter what order you put them in.
