VA's Updates July 2019 AO Ships list

Yow-they said it would not take too long, just the other day  and they were right- I was googling a BWN veteran's  ship for him, that was apparently not on the older list and it popped right up in the New List!  Good thing I checked it out He has an AO presumptive.

I received this listing from my Congressman's office yesterday. I don't know if it is a later  update than what you have, but I thought that at the very least it should be a good thing to re-post the Navy Blue Water ships list again.

Yes, that is the most recent October 2019 VA AO ship's list-thanks!

I posted it in the AO forum as soon as it came out but it does bear repeating, as many many Blue Water Navy Vets  and/or their survivors, are still not aware of the BWN news regarding the 12 mile limit.

NVLSP is still working on Nehmer as to how that Class action case will apply to their AO claims.

Hopefully the same way it did to the 2010 Nehmer decision.

There is also the issue of whether any new presumptives will be added to the AO list.
