Good job Buck, keep as many as you can.

Careful Buck, you might hurt the feelings of us in the back hills of Tennessee.

I have had amazing dental implants done at my VA in Gainesville, my oral surgeon and prosthedontist were absolutely the best.  They did them right and it is a long process with having them properly do

Well, I live in the foothills of Tennessee and I have most of my teeth.  Did I ever mention that my nick name is billy bob? Just kidding.

Hey they are testing black boxes in trucks in Tennessee, the most common words before a crash are "hold my beer and watch this..."

I have had amazing dental implants done at my VA in Gainesville, my oral surgeon and prosthedontist were absolutely the best.  They did them right and it is a long process with having them properly done but definitely worth it!  Lots of people don't realize how much time and effort goes into dental implants, from having your teeth pulled, bone grafts, proper healing, then the implants, healing some more then the crowns, it take 12- 18 months from start to finish but will last a long time and the results  are amazing.

Thanks Seminoles

Here in Dallas VA  they do the Implants but they said I was not a good candidate for implants, and I just had my last upper anchor tooth extracted  so now they said they have to extract the rest of my upper teeth  so I can be fitted for full dentures,   so I want a second opinion  and when the VA Dentist said they was a procedure that can be done  I  will need to seek out side dental care   because they are not allowed to do what I need done.

so I ask for a consult to private care..this has not been easy but I finally got approved ,  now I just need to make arrangements with one of the dentist they gave me...after After I find one (they VA gave me a list pf private dentist to call, after I call I call the VA NVCC Coordinator back he he will give the ok...but I am going to ask to confirm in  writing   email or a letter sent to me.

I have 7 upper teeth  in the middle  and 8 bottom teeth right in the middle  and they seem fine,   I don't want them extracted just to be fitted with Dentures.

    • Finally heard back that I received my 100% Overall rating and a 100% PTSD rating Following my long appeal process!

My question is this, given the fact that my appeal was on the advanced docket and is an “Expedited” appeal, what happens now and how long(ish) is the process from here on out with retro and so forth? I’ve read a million things but nothing with an expedited appeal status.

Anyone deal with this situation before? My jump is from 50 to 100 over the course of 2 years if that helps some. I only am asking because as happy as I am, I would be much happier to pay some of these bills off!

    • I told reviewer that I had a bad C&P, and that all I wanted was a fair shake, and she even said, that was what she was all ready viewed for herself. The first C&P don't even  reflect my Treatment in the VA PTSD clinic. In my new C&P I was only asked about symptoms, seeing shit, rituals, nightmares, paying bills and about childhood, but didn't ask about details of it. Just about twenty question, and  nothing about stressor,
    • This is the latest Compensation & Pension (C&P) Clinicians Guide dated 20180719. The only other one I've seen is dated 2002, including the one on this website and the VA website. I got this from my claims agent, who got it from the VA.
