Backlog?

My claim (to increase my rating from 80 to 100٪) has been fully developed and awaiting a decision for over 145 days. I submitted  the intent to file in June 2018 and had the application completed and received in October 2018. I have an estimated completion date of Jan.2 2020 but have been told by numerous VA representatives that a decision should be made very soon. I am wondering if anyone knows how backlogged the Roanoke office is or any other helpful information.  Thanks.

There is an online tool you can use for that. Click the TAReagional office tab at the far right then scroll back to the left. These are done weekly.
