Someone from QTC sent me a letter asking me in quote “this letter is being sent to you as our attempt to contact you was unsuccessful based on the information provided by the VA. We thank you for attending your scheduled appointment. Based on your attended appointment we need to schedule you for a follow up appointment “ 

first they never contacted me before at least not that I know of. Second I never attended an appointment before n why need to schedule for a follow up and I don’t even know who QTC  until I got the letter. 

i have already submitted dbQs filled by my own Pvt doc n I have been seeing the VA n they have my msr and all other records why can’t they give me a decision base on all the records on file before I submit to an exam

any thoughts should I attempt to call them back or should I just wait for a decision then fight my case. Be mindful that this s a brand new case.
