Dealing with the va is a merry go round. I am 100%tdiu since 1993. Never received smc s housebound. Never even look at for me. Base on never been able to leave house to make a eranding.

Well now that my ex wife left I need help. I apply for independent living 5 years ago. I got nothing I could even tell u what happen to my progarm.

Didn't agree with the plan did a adminstrive review send to dc. Got grant many items. Head vr&e closed my case I guess never got any of the items or help. 

Vr&e is like its own place they didn't even answer my white house inquiry about this smh.

So I go to my va doctor she put in for me to have help at home.

Hospital gave me two days 4 hr a week lol

Get told put in for aid & attendance. Did that a yr an a half ago. 7 comp exam hospital pay for in home care. 3 denial with out one word about the help I need smh

U not beddrin is all I have on 2 different denial smh

So now I sit here after a dro hearing were he order 3 more exam lol. I did all exam every one state I need help.

I fought all the way to uscva before an won.never give up on your benfits

  you need to request your C-FILE AND Hopefully you have all these past medical records and denials in your possession ?

Never throw anything away thew VA Sends you.  keep it all.

I have everything but the decision.from vr&e dc which granted items.

Ever time I ask local vr&e for a copy they send me nothing.  Va white ask for it to be send they send me a letter from director of vr&e D.C. tell the director of local ro what they plan to do.

Vr&e is a different beast that why they have there own file. For u
