Question
Kuwaitin08
Would it be better to restart a disability claim instead of going through the appeal process if I am still within the initial year of my intent to file?
I understand that if I am past that year then I will lose that year potential backpay so I am just looking for feedback.
Edited by Kuwaitin08I had already asked that question elsewhere

this is the same question you already asked. we responded by suggesting you get a hobby besides obsessing over status update messages on Ebenefits and Vet.gov. we all understand you are anxious.
