Shoulder C&P exam... can anyone provide a WAG if an increase is warranted?

Question

Hello all,

I completed a C&P exam for my shoulder and recently was able to pull it from the system.  I am concerned that an increase is not warranted based on what the PA put in the report.  I am currently rated 10% for my right and 10% for my left shoulder. I am unable to raise my arms (both) above shoulder height. I assumed that was 90 degrees. She put on the report 110 degrees.  I also told her that my flare ups occured weekly and lasted a couple days and that during a flare up my ROM was halfway between my shoulder and side around 45 or 50 degrees.  She failed to put this in the report.  I've attached a copy of C&P.  Please review and provide me some hope please.
Thanks!
