Importance of “At least as likely as not”

I received my C&P exam result and the VA examiner did not indicate “at least as likely as not” on any of my exams.

So, my question is, is “at least as likely as not” required if I was on active duty during my C&P exams? 

Advisement : I did not upload exam results due to the fact it’s 100+ pages

One can only hope that being active duty they are going to service connect.  I have not seen an examination of your kind before so I cannot say if it will hurt you.

It would be very hard for an examiner to state the condition is not likely to be service connected if the exam was conducted while you were still on active duty.   The only way this comes into play is if the condition pre-existed your service  and if that is the case the responsibility is on the VA to actually prove the condition was not aggravated by your service.

I'd say it don't matter if your still active,the ''least likely as not''is for Dr's to put that in their statment or opinion because they were not there when the injury or disease fist occurred   so they can't say 100% for sure  so the least likely as not'' is to clear them  for legalities purposes.  and this is also used for a medical opinion  and for legalities  purposes. mostly for Veterans Claims

but this needs to come from a Dr Qualified to render his/her medical opinion on the field of medicine  and a'' Specialist'' is better to use for what your Claiming.
