I received my C&P exam result and the VA examiner did not indicate “at least as likely as not” on any of my exams.
So, my question is, is “at least as likely as not” required if I was on active duty during my C&P exams?
Advisement : I did not upload exam results due to the fact it’s 100+ pages

One can only hope that being active duty they are going to service connect. I have not seen an examination of your kind before so I cannot say if it will hurt you.

It would be very hard for an examiner to state the condition is not likely to be service connected if the exam was conducted while you were still on active duty. The only way this comes into play is
