Is this from a decision you received? Or from a C & P exam results?

The VA will service connected specified trauma disorder , if the veteran has a proven link to their service for the disorder.

"Entitlement to a rating of 70 percent from February 10, 2014 to December 23, 2014 for other specified trauma and stressor related disorder (other specified trauma disorder) is granted. Entitlement to a rating in excess of 70 percent from for other specified trauma disorder is denied."

This claim as well was granted:

"CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

1.  Resolving all reasonable doubt in the Veteran's favor, an acquired psychiatric disorder, variously diagnosed as PTSD, other specified trauma and stress-related disorder, and depression, was incurred in active service.  38 U.S.C.A. § 1110 (West 2015); 38 C.F.R. §§ 3.102, 3.159, 3.303, 3.304, 3.310 (2016).

2.  Resolving all reasonable doubt in favor of the Veteran, the criteria for entitlemen"
t to TDIU have been met.  38 U.S.C.A. § 1155 (West 2015); 38 C.F.R. § 3.50, 3.102, 3.340, 3.341, 3.1000, 4.16 (2016).

If you have an established Nexus ( meaning the link, cause, event) in your SMRs and/or in service Personnel records, they VA will consider your claim on that basis.

There were only 2 claims under a BVA search ( above) that had this phrase in them as to "other specified stress disorder"but other claims for PTSD can be awarded with a different MH diagnosis.

There really is not enough info here to determine what your  claim is all about-or to give any estimate of a rating.
