My C&P exams was on July 17 & July18, it was done by OTC doctors which was favorable! The  results of the exams was deliver on Sept 25 to the VARO. How many days can the VARO gets to hold on to my claim without to make a decision to send it back to BVA?

There is no set time.  The VA is very good about not set a time table for themselves.  But for us that is another story!

For my last one it was 4-6 months if I remember correctly.  The issue is your VSO/Attorney if you have one will get it first and they take 2-3 months also.  This is just my experience.

Raymond, I would take up chess instead of checkers, it takes about two years to learn.  Seriously if your remand goes back to the BVA it goes to the front of the line because they are taken in the order they are dated as received originally.  I hope that is good news.
