Neuropothy; where is it?

Question

Morning folks,

My Dr. called me yesterday afternoon with X-ray and MRI results, and it's not good.

In addition to radiculopathy of the lumbar and middle spine, already SC, I know have neuropathy of both feet, and lower left leg.

I'm already TDIU P&T,. 90% Scheduler.

I can't seem to locate where in Title 38 neuropathy is listed, and the percentages.

Anyone with clues?

Thanks.

Allan 2-2-0 HUAH!

Hi Allansc2005 You won't find neuropathy by itself; it's going to be called out by a nerve problem. Cranial nerve damage is d.c. 8207, d.c. for visual is 6062, 7305 is for peripheral nerve damage. So your diagnosis will specify what nerve or nerves are affected. Maybe dc 8728 for neualgia nerve or d.c. 8626 for femoral. Depends on what is hurt/damage and how serious the symptoms are of course. If you know what area, do some snooping at http://www.militarydisabilitymadeeasy.com/lowernerves.html#femoral  Good hunting.
