Realcooldude
I went in on a medical waiver for a dislocating shoulder in 2002. When it dislocated for the fourth time was it okay to give me an els discharge?

It sounds to me as if the Military did more harm to your shoulder , if your still having problems because of what Military medical personal did you should be able to get a service connected rating. B
