ILP Contractor coming to house to assess needs - any advice? Contractor will be here tomorrow to evaluate my living situation to see what they can do for me. Any suggestions?

I found where a copy is located I've requested the form so i can request a copy. I've informed my counselor where the copy is and asked her to request a copy but so far crickets
