SC ISCHEMIC Heart Disease now unstable angina with Microvascular disease

With SC IHD 30% Now diagnosed with unstable angina and Microvascular disease with MET 4.6 . Will this increase my rating?

Need to check the VA's rating criteria to determine the answer to your question:
§4.104   Schedule of ratings—cardiovascular system.

The heart ratings appear to mostly duplicate each other. There is an effort in the VA to consolidate the majority of these and rely mostly on METS.

For most of the ratings, METS greater than three and less than five tends to result in a 60% rating with angina.
