ERROR for filing new Claims?

i am trying to file new claims through the site. i guess i could have gone to my VSO to file the claims but i had all the paper work needed for my claim and just wanted to get it done.

so long story went through the system and went to submit a claim and got this:

anyone know what this means? there is nothing to indicate what i am missing or what is "not valid" when i go back through all the questions. i am lost. HELP!!!

no still having issues. i have till january to finish. i am waiting on my c-file to come in to finish submitting the claim so i get it right but it still not letting me progress and still getting same errors. i may end up just doing everything manually and giving to my VSO to submit for me

No fish, so there I was just like you all struggling to submit my claim. Got the exact same message as Blah and exact same image as Jamezam.

LISTEN CAREFULLY: Yes there was a lot of bugs going from ebenni to va.gov. The SOLUTION that worked for me was that I to stopped assuming I've checked everything and actually going back and doing so.

The PROBLEM was

1. that somehow my BASD changed by +1 day though I know at entry it was right

2. Some of my  conditions that I put "caused by another..." the other went blank, so I needed to select the injury again in the drop down list

3. My final like 5 conditions that I had originally selected as caused by exposure also went blank, thus meaning I had to Click Edit and select that answer again.

Those were the three main ones. In the mix of all that sometimes the bubbles wouldn't select or the drop down wouldn't work. So I would just keep refreshing page, logging off, or restarting computer until ALL feature were working correctly. I started submitting 29JAN 0800 got it all hashed out by 29JAN 1240. That was with about a 90 minute googling, blown gasket, air punching break.

Once you start the claim, from what I understand and have experienced is your start date.  I think it tells you, you have a year from that date to submit.  It has been a while, but I do remember being able to do this and it working.

It is probably some issue with the program and I would try again today to submit and get it going.  If not you can use the chat function on the Ebenefits to ask technical questions to get it submitted.
