sorry I haven't been here- I had the flu.

Some time back many vets, vet orgs, etc etc, did not feel the Accountability Act had any teeth. Actually plenty of VA employees have been removed from their jobs since it went into affect.

and apparently it does not matter what level you work at , at VA, ( Byrne was former VA General Counsel, as well as now former Deputy Secretary):
