L.C.S.W. ARE USUALLY THERAPIST  AND CAN HELP YOU COPE BETTER WITH YOUR PTSD AND TEACH YOU SOME TOOLS TO USE TO DO THAT. HOW TO GET YOUR ANXIETY DOWN BY BREATHING TECH'S ect,,,ect,,,,

My L.C.S.W. HAS A MASTERS DEGREE. AND WE CLICK you need a L.C.SW. YOU CAN CLICK WITH  OR UNDERSTAND.

The physiatrist  usually prescribes you the meds.

Also the VA uses a psychologist for evaluations  for unspecified disorders with mental health Like PTSD & DEPRESSION
