If you read up here you will see that we need to follow the law and the regulations, but although the VA does too, they only sorta, kinda do. In other words, they just do things that seem totally arbitrary to us. The only thing we can do is wait for what they have decided comes to us IN WRITING. Wait for the letter to show up.
