Has anyone run into a similar situation: I submitted a fully developed claim 7 months ago (PTSD w/ secondary apnea and hypertension) and the VA requested my military treatment records multiple times from the government (PERSCOM??) and still hasn’t received them to further investigate my claims. I am now 7 months into the process and seemingly stuck. Any insight? BTW to everyone on this board I thank you for your service.

Hmmm..so this is a FDC and they need your records.  Maybe its me, but I thought FDC meant you submitted all your records.  Can you get these records yourself and submit them?  Depending on VA to do that for you doesnt always work well.
