General question. If you find a ICD code number or a SCT code number listed in your medical records, does that mean that it is a VA diagnosis for that disability? What I am getting at is that the third leg of the Caluza triangle; provides a diagnosis for you for a disability claim?

GB Army

I would think the code # is a diagnose.

I have all these codes on everything my pcp and speciality clinics have diagnose me for  but some unfortunately for me some of these codes are not military related   or I can't prove it with historic medical records

so I still get prescription medication for some but not military related.

Thanks, Buck. That's what I'm thinking. If the VA assigns a code number, it is an acknowledgment of a disease or injury. But that said, it doesn't have anything to do with service-connection.
