I applied for compensation for ptsd with depression i meet the criteria for the dmv and i have a va psychiatrist and psychologist that I see so Va sent me a letter that they want me to fill a form either a 20-0995 or a 20-0996 because I had a case opened in 2017 and they denied me because I didn't meet the criteria of the dmv and I didn't have a person say I had ptsd which form should i fill out I'm confused.
