0 AllTheWay Posted April 13, 2020 Share Posted April 13, 2020 Oddly that you had asked question because I had just read a VA fast letter on the forum site and I can not remember what fast letter but it has something to do with a C&P exam guidance and it did state that the examiner must measure range of motion using a goniometer.
