Virtual C&P and appeals

I wanted to get everyone's opinion on this new matter.  I'm curious what the VA do on an appeal where to original c&p is more than a year old during the current situation.  Will they use the old info to determine severity, or hold off until they can perform a new in person exam.

The VA used two old unfavorable C&P exams from 2018 to continue denying service-connection for my disabilities.

Will the VA do virtual C&P exams because of COVID-19? That would be nice.

Do you have copies of these exams or did you take notes ?

I'm still waiting on copies, have been for 11 months now.
