IMG_20200505_0001_NEW.pdf After checking the letter would it be better to request a HLR or do BVA behind the supplemental claim? I will appreciate any advice given. 0 deedub75 Posted May 5, 2020 Share Posted May 5, 2020 What forms did you have your examiners submit that the VA claims were the incorrect forms? Were they DBQs? As I suspected, they didn’t give much weight to the evidence that you submitted because they weren’t done in person. The examiner the VA used for the medical opinion is a medical doctor whereas what you submitted was completed by physicians assistants. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
