Fastest Remand Ever

Question

Got a letter in the mail dated May 4, 2020 stating my claim was certified to the Board.  I got a second letter dated May 5, 2020 stating my claim was added to the docket.  Today I got a letter dated May 13, 2020 stating that a decision was made and my claim has been remanded a second time for VA to complete my EED grant and my increased claim.  All these letters came from the Evidence Intake Center but the letterhead on the official decision states BOARD OF VETERANS APPEALS.  At this time with funds running low, I really don't care where the decision came from, I just want VA to complete the claim and send my retro. I hope this puts a bug under my local VARO to process my claim since there is nothing else holding up my claim but them. Sorry no questions just an update.

Well, it sure beats a stick in the eye! It is fast, but, i'm sorry, I'd believe it when you finally get it in hand.

You really don't have to believe it. I have been in the wars with VA for over 25 years. I fully understand that remands can be iffy and can go both ways, since I have been on both sides but a remand after a BVA grant is totally different than a simple remand and requires a rating decision.  So it is just a matter of time, it is one thing to get pissed off and file appeals but a veteran must contend to stay alive to see the final outcome.
