VA request for review

6 months ago I got a letter from the VA requesting I fill out form 20-0995, DECISION REVIEW REQUEST: SUPPLEMENTAL CLAIM. I was of the understanding that is was to be used to review my denied Blue Water Navy claims on exposure to Herbicides, Agent Orange. I never  received an acknowledgement  of receipt and have no info on where to go to check the status. TheVA ask a question line was of no help. Anyone have information on this review?

Ebenefits or a vso can log into VBMS and check. Va phone people can’t log into your claim file, they never have been able to because they don’t have to go through the same background check as vsr’s do.
