HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted February 19, 2007 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted February 19, 2007 Old Romad I faced the same sort of problem when my IU was denied because the VA said I had NSC problems that contributed to my being IU. The way to sort it out is with a good IMO who says you are at least unemployable solely because of the SC conditions. If the PTSD is bad enough to disable you then your doctor should say that even though you have other problems. That is how I did it. This is just a stall. You are 70% and they should have given you IU and they know it. I understand the VA logic but you will win if your persist. In the end the NSC conditions ended up being made service connected a few years later so either way I would have gotten my IU. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
