I am not asking for comments on the Monomelic Amyotrophy- 

I am asking what you feel happened to this claim. and to the IMO............the NOD was filed due to 2  2012 decisions- 8 years ago and the remand is dated 05/05/15.

I see no "error" in the BVA decision , and do not understand the representative's idea of 2 year window  to fix that error......but you need to read the whole thread to see what happened.
