Question

I had a C&P Friday,, as part of a Higher level review. VSO was able to see it this morning. She checked all but,  two of symptom boxes. Stated I looked much older than my stated age. She never asked about stressor,  Since this is a review, what time frame am I looking at before I see a decision?

Hard to say. HLR have their own queue form regular claims. Could be days could be a few weeks or more. We’re all working from home and while, for the most part that’s not much different than when we are at work, other than the No wasted time idle whatevering that some do, it does pose some challenges. Local storms, for example, might cut power to my house whereas if I was in the office they have generators etc. I have 1gb Internet service, I know vsr’s that live in the sticks and barely get dsl. Phone calls are harder to do, too because they have to go through a secure tunnel between our laptops at home and the office. All of that and, where your case gets assigned by the work queue
