Ok, called 1-800 number hour ago claim was time stamped today, after two DBQs, one for ptsd, and one for other mental conditions where uploaded Monday. What does time stamp mean?

It basically means it was recorded as being received with today's date and time. So, basically, they got them. They were seen. Maybe not reviewed but acknowledged they were received.
