VA Is Asking How Well They Have Done On My Appeals

Rate this question

Question

The VA always asks me to fill out a satisfaction survey BEFORE I get their decision.

How bass ackwards can they be?

If I tell them they suck, would they appreciate my honesty?

I WOULD SAY  WELL IF I AM APPROVED FOR ALL MY CLAIMS AND  A FAIR RATING WARRANTED, THEN YEAH  YOU GUYS ARE DOING A FAIR JOB OUT THERE.

IF I AM DENIED  THEN YEAH YOU GUYS SUCK......LOL

Note*

I decline all surveys from the VA.

BUT THAT'S JUST ME  SIMPLY BECAUSE I DO NOT TRUST THEM AS FOR AS I CAN THROW THEM.

I usually get emails for surveys involving interactions with the call center 1-800-827-1000. Those surveys completely fail to indicate the date, time, or first name of the call center agent. Assuming you made two calls in a week, one was horrible and the If you made three calls in a week, one awful and the other great, how would I know how to accurately respond without possibly being unfair to one of the call center agents? You can't make this stuff up.
