Thanks pacmanx1, my SSDI letter states that " There are no jobs that exist in significant numbers in the national economy that the claimant could perform".  Should I appeal to the board with option 2, so that I can submit more evidence? Such as IMO etc.

Send your claim to BVA, unfortunately sometimes the veteran will have to file his/her claim to BVA and get it out of hands of the local VARO.  It is totally wrong but it is what it is.  Just try your best to stay healthy long enough to get the benefits you seek.
