Kingsol42 Quite simply, like for any disability you claim as secondary to an already approved s-c condition, you will need a diagnosis and a nexus or connection by a qualified medical source like a psychologist to write an IMO for you. Your diagnosis for OSA must state that a medical devise, such as a CPAP machine, is prescribed and is NECESSARY for your health to get the 50% rating. A possibility might be a connection of your prescribed meds have made you obese and that is the cause of your disability. I am not a doc or medical professional; this is just offered as an opinion based on personal exposure.
