We closed the notice for request 5

My sister recently had a C&P exam done and this morning she logged in and it said that notice for request 5 closed, does anyone happen to know what that means. I've googled and looked on several other boards but I can't find anything that speaks of request 5

You can call the White House Washington hot line # at 1-855-948-2311

and also the benefits # @ 1-800-827-1000

YOU Can let the people on the washington line what all you need to tell them  about your claim being close on #5  or whatever they mean by that.

and also ask about the status of your claim  see if they actually closed it out  AND if so ask WHY....???

Some of those requests are internal things like requesting records but they could be anything. Call the 800# and ask them about the request and they will usually tell you what they are.
