FYI In case anyone cares- VBMS has been down since about 1115 hrs CDT this morning, with very sporadic periods back up...

Im off for the day, now, and when I logged out a few minutes ago it was still down. If VBMS is down, we can't see claim files, add evidence, anything. Its all in VBMS.

I can confirm also. I asked my VSO for a supplemental decision that was just put into the system yesterday. She also said the VBMS was down most of the day. (I guess I have to wait for another day to find out if i'm a Lucky Guy.)
