c@p exam

Back in July of this year I had Lumbar fusion from L4 to S1, I put in for increase in rating and temp 100 percent disability since I would be out of work for 3 months.  In the middle of Sept QTC schedule me a C@P exam, which I went to, the doctor said he could not measure my ROM because of my fusion. I can't move anyways even today.  Then today I was told I have to another C@P exam for the same issues. Is this normal?

Yes. Why wouldn't it be? Just going to the exam and stop overthinking it.

Ken You've been thru this before. As Brokensoldier 244th said, just do it. Don't try to push thru pain, stop when you feel the pain. If you have the disability, your movement, or lack thereof will indicate the severity of the symptoms. If you can't bend or whatever, just show that you can't. They have to confirm what movement restrictions you currently have. in order to properly rate you.

You just filed a claim for 100% service connection convalescent pay. Yes, VA would normally schedule a C & P Exam before they increase your benefits.
