Va award letter

Question

Good Morning All,

My C&P claim filed 1-2-2020 recently closed. My claim for an increase for left lower sciatica radiculopathy came back as Continued at 10%. When I look at my list of disabilities in EBENEFITS it shows Left lower sciatica radiculopathy increased to 20% effective date 1-2-2020. My question is which is the mistake?

Thanks,

Daniel

It could be that it was originally entered as an award, and then was pulled back and changed. Ebenefits is not a live window into your Efile. The decision letter trumps everything.

The site barely operates right now it’s been in the middle of migration to va.gov for several months, and will continue to be. It shows va information but it is nor has it ever been your efolder.

My eBenefits info has always been accurate. I just had a claim closed, was able to see the updates to my SMC-S for temporary 100% that I had claimed, and then went to va.gov where I was immediately able to see what my retro amount was going to be. This was all in one day.
