Wilson
I recently diagnosed with sleep apnea at moderate symptoms and use of a cpap.Study was done by va and cpap issued by va.
Claiming sleep apnea as secondary to 70% depression,back and neck issues associated with pain.
How good of a chance in winning this claim.
