This is a Manlicon remand:

https://cite.case.law/vet-app/12/238/

In summary:

Quote

....that the Board erred in not remanding the DIC claim to the RO for issuance of an SOC.

If this is a Manlicon remand, the RO should be required to issue a SOC.

What it means to you:

Here, jump on the hamster wheel with me.  Run as fast as you can, and make the wheel spin.  Incredibly, there is a bright side to this hamster wheel, providing that you dont have a heart attack while spinning the wheel.

1.  You get another bite at the apple.  That is the VARO will either deny you again, at which point you can continue appeals, or maybe, just maybe, award benefits.

2.  A remand means you can submit new evidence, if necessary to win.

I don't think this lady has much time, if I was her I'd get an attorney, that may not give her the time she needs but its better than going alone  especially if she don't have experience fighting with the VA. (jmo)

Not a lady all man with a few disabled.

And I understand the law well.

And have been on hadit for many years.

Look it up Yulooking old name.

And I have been going it alone since I found hadit 2000.

From 10 to tdiu 100 cue and bva found ro never certified my appeal.

9 years of tdiu retro. By myself.

2018.  Started the Fight for smc. I am smc l now done by myself.

And right now I have a remand from cavc. To address effective dated for smc l and s.

Could be effective 1993. So I think I ain't do to bad for not understanding.

Last lets not forget the ro is addressing smc r. And it effective date.

So maybe I don't understand anything and I need a lawyer.
