My claim status has been in evidence gathering and review for several weeks.Had my c&p exam about a week ago and now my evidence gathering and review has or is showing updated.

What does that mean?

Could mean just about anything.

Might be that they got your exam results and are now working on it, or that they have worked on it and are about to enter "prepare for decision".

I always check about 3 times a day, which will drive you bananas unless you are well trained for disappointment like me.

When you start seeing numerous activities in the same day, you can bet they are working on it.

Others will tell you to turn off the computer, get a hobby and wait for the letter (the only sane response), but what fun is that.
