If the BVA is for something different than the other conditions that got you to 100% I would expect so but they would have to sort out whether the conditions were intertwined or not- IE you filed an increase for stuff already under BVA (which shouldn't happen, by the way- it should result in a letter saying "these are already on appeal.....").  ***Edit*** and effective dates (thank for bringing that up, Pacmanx***

 

I don't work a lot with appeals, though, so there may be better information from one of the other members.

 Really not sure I understand your question. The VA granted me 100% scheduler and I had a few separate claims on appeal. Once the BVA granted me an EED prior to my 100% rating that meant the VA had to retro pay my EED that was before the VA granted my effective date for my 100% rating
