0 Berta Posted November 11, 2021 Share Posted November 11, 2021 This is great news but something sure surprised me- the decision said the BVA rejected an IMO/IME from Dr. Ellis-an also a probative treatise. BVA lawyers LOVE evidence- and the BVA ( as well as IMO/IME doctors )will give a claim a lot more detailed attention to our evidence than the ROs often do- particularly regarding Evidence.
