C&P Exam coming and I'm starting to stress

No particular question about the exam as I've been through a few to date but even though I'm listed as static on my disabilities I'm still stressing that asking for an increase on one of my disability's will trigger my entire file to be reviewed.  I'm just not in the mood right now to fight with them if they think a decrease is warranted.  Granted my conditions haven't improved and I don't "think" it would happen but this can be a PITA and I'm second guessing asking for an increase on my knees now.  Oh well, exam is next week so I guess it's too late.  Wish me luck.

Without an actual 100% rating, you can never get there. If you have 99.0, and you get a 90% rating on top of that you only have 99.9%. The system is set to give diminishing returns on disabilities.

Without that 100%, the only way is rounding up.

The system calculates based on subtracting from 100% whole, the same way that an insurance company would calculate. It may be a crappy system but its not VA's invention. If the veteran is rated at 95.5 or above the result is rounded and you have a 100% rating. You don't need a 100% rating on its own to be 100% rated.
