Posts not approved

Recommended Posts

I have a thread I started and I was responding to individuals who were kind enough to reply. Several of my replies back were not approved but the very last one was. Did I do something wrong?

How long will I need moderator approval to post here? Thank you.

No, you did not do anything wrong.  Unfortunately there are hackers and spammers who have tried to use hadit to do "no good".

So, when someone first joins, the posts need to be approved by a moderator.

We moderators are volunteers, and we have a life outside of hadit and the internet, and we arent online to approve posts all the time.  But we do have several moderators.

Buck (a moderator) has been in the hospital, and I have been rather busy with a new grand child.

We try to approve about 99 percent quickly.  I just make sure its not some kind of spam..the question does not have to be perfect..Im certainly not perfect.  I really dont care if you mis spelled a word, forgot to capitalize a sentence, etc.

However, if you use hadit to try to sell products..I delete them.  This said, its okay if you bought "(name of product)" and found it useful.

For example, I have hired a few law firms (who represent Vets), and sometimes will give the names when asked.  Keep in mind we are here to help Vets.

Thank you, I certainly respect that. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't unintentionally doing anything wrong.
