Question

Morning folks,
A veteran friend of mine was just diagnosed by the VA with severe obstructive sleep apnea.
She's TDIU with 90% scheduler, and has SC PTSD.
So what are the steps, requirements, documents., to get her sleep apnea secondary SC to her PTSD?
New claim? Supplemental Claim..?
Thanks,
Allan 2-2-0 HOOAH!
